A peaceful, cozy, and educational 2D simulation game in which you build your own national park, fill it with cozy campsites, craft beautiful hiking trails and scenic viewpoints, add fun activities for your visitors, and manage everything from park rangers and visitors to wild animals and finances.

About the Developers

National Park Tycoon is being developed by Micah and Katie Brown—the duo behind Sunshine Toys & Games, an indie studio based in Florida. Micah is a game designer and developer lead who has worked for AA and AAA gaming companies like EA. Katie is a web developer and designer who has worked at large theme park companies like Disney and SeaWorld.

We had the idea for this game 5 years ago while hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Since we couldn't find any games like it out there already, we decided to build it ourselves in our spare time, between full-time jobs and taking care of our toddler.

We pledge to donate a percentage of profits to the National Park Foundation to aid in the protection and preservation of America's beautiful national parks.
